1931 Model A Ford Truck

Recent frame off restoration (15 test miles since restoration -- tire mfg. decal still visible on tire treads)
NO RUST in this vehicle (new sheet metal or media blasted)
Professional paint job by paint/body man with years of Model A experience - used top of the line PPG paint
It may look like a "trailer queen", but it was built to be a safe, comfortable and reliable daily driver at highway speeds.
These attributes required modifications such as:
shoulder / lap safety belts, disc front & rear drum (self adjusting) hydraulic brakes, Chevy S-10 overdrive transmission, special interior insulation, safety glass (all glass), super slide front spring, rebuilt steering box/steering components, modern shock absorbers, radial tires, "artillery style" (powder coated) 15" rims, electric windshield wiper, heavy duty front and; rear Model AA bumpers, halogen headlights,LED front and rear turn signals, LED brake tail lights, conversion to 12 volt system, radial tires.

• sheet metal: most of the sheet metal is new, e.g. fenders, bed, tailgate, running boards, splash aprons, tool box
• seat: professionally upholstered - steer hide from Austin, Texas
• front steering / suspension: '40 Ford spindles with professionally installed king pins &bushings, disc brake kit from "Posies", custom fabricated drag link, tie rod with modern ends, rebuilt steering box, super slide front spring (stock Model A axle)
• rear end / rear suspension: '55 Chevrolet rear end (.355 ratio) mounted to stock Model A spring, custom triangulated torque rods to custom frame cross member
• Chevy S-10 overdrive transmission: reconditioned not rebuilt because the tech at the transmission shop said it was "like new inside" and only needed "a small parts kit".
• custom reclaimed heart pine bed wood at least 150 years old
• basically everything associated with this truck is new (wiring, door/window hardware, tach, gauges, horn etc.)
• engine: Model A with good compression and babbitt (bearing clearances adjusted)
• can provide much more information and photos
